Tal Tamam | טל תמם | تال تمام

Tal Tamam (b. 1997, Israel) is a painter based in New York. She is currently part of the art collective studio ten in dumbo Brooklyn. Tamam has an MFA from the New York Academy of Art and received her BFA from Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem. Tamam has also studied at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna through an exchange program supported by the Art School Alliance. Her work has been exhibited in New York, Connecticut, Vienna, and Jerusalem, including at Moshava, New York, Hilger NEXT, Vienna and Young Artist in View, Jerusalem. Her work has been published in YYY zine.

Her paintings stage theatrical and humorous scenes of everyday life, where vegetables and domestic rituals become charged symbols of survival, anxiety, and social participation, reflecting a broader sense of instability.
